Very clean and tidy room, helpful and friendly staff and perfect location for visiting all the main sites of madrid. we were two females staying there and felt safe in that area - always plenty of people around.Curtis

Good breakfast, clean and quiet room with all facilities i needed.
Location was diasappointing to begin with - in a street i would describe as somewhat "seedy" but inside the hotel, all was calm.cox

Very clean well situated but not with kidsStreet where many prostitutes are and you could here them come to see clients in the hotel in the middle of the night.
