"Helpful staff"

Pros: Helpful staff. room was clean and a good size
Cons: Not as central as anticipated. think i read somewhere on the website that it was near the prado museum (which it is not!). room was clean although pretty basic (not like pictures shown on website). beds were a bit uncomfortable.

"This is a much nicer hotel than we usually stay in, but their..."

Pros: This is a much nicer hotel than we usually stay in, but their 3-nights-for-the-price-of-2 special made it affordable for us. the staff was very helpful and the room was big with a comfortable bed and free wireless internet. the location, while not in the center, is convenient and near two metro stops.
Cons: There's only one outlet to plug in a computer, and we travel with two, so we had to take turns with the power supply.
