Comfortable and nice rooms without too much fuss
the reception staff is very helpful
Rather rigid closing time for the breakfast; some flexibility here would be welcome
room was not ready at arrival (12 pm) but a little later it was; no big deal but as i was tired from my flight, i would have loved it to be ready on time.
