"high tech is NOT a 4 stars hotel"

dirty!!!!! it is not a 4 stars hotel!!!! ewwwww! smell bad!!! the floor is coming out! for a 4 stars hotel.... they dont give you even soap .... neither body cream!!! the service is bad.... if you want to go to the airport you have to wait to the schedule time that they planned... i will never stay anymore!!!

"High Tech Review"

We booked this hotel because of it's proximity to the airport which was fine, but were disappointed by quality of the rooms and general areas. The food in the restaurant was overpriced and barely edible. I would rate this hotel as a 2 star hotel at best. The only positive were the front desk staff. They were very friendly and responsive.

Pros: Potentially good only spoiled by the undernoted negatives
Cons: The shower system did not work properly when we used in late in the evening. we felt it was too late to do anything about it, but worse was to come as in the morning the shower didn't work at all, ie no water! unfortunately we had a fairly early flight so could do nothing about it but report it. the receptionist was not at all sympathetic - disappointing attitude.

Pros: Very close to airport, metro, and market. free shuttle to airport, and free use of laptop in room. we choose this hotel mainly because of the pool, and proximity to the airport. very modern
Cons: Family room to small, uncomfortable lounge chairs around the pool and they only had 4, bathroom has a frosted glass wall with a design on the door which you could see through, we taped a map over design to have privacy. shower complicated to use.

"I couldn´t find their phone number on your website"

Pros: I couldn´t find their phone number on your website. that is very important in case anyone needs to call them, especially to do pick up at the airport.
the staff was very friendly and helpful and i liked having access to a computer in the room and that they accept pets!
Cons: It would be nice to have a queen size bed, not two beds put together.

Cons: The staff were friendly, however the hotel was far from a 4 star, room was not clean, tv didn't work (but was fixed), pipe in bathroom leaked onto floor (they gave me another room), room was not clean. i would not recommend at the price. shuttle had specific hours, so had to get a cab for the 8 minute ride to airport at $15. find some better hotels by the madrid airport for that kind of money.

Pros: Rooms were very nice and we had a laptop available in the room. the shuttle from the airport was good but you had to call the hotel and request it
Cons: Only downside was that i could hear the room next door constantly getting instant messages!

"Lovely hotel room spacious and clean"

Pros: Lovely hotel room spacious and clean. gym and pool ok. no tea or coffee in room but minibar. minibus service to airport very efficient and quick. free bicycles was a bonus. breakfast was a nice selection including fresh orange and pastries etc.
