This hotel is fab, staff very friendly it is clean and nice breakfast high quality , rooms clean quiet, I cannot imagine staying in Madrid not booking this hotel again. If we have given 4 stars to Sleep quality , it is because beds are on wheels? which is shame for sucha a nice and high quality hotel, you should not try to move if you not wish to end up at the other end of the room!!. With no doubt hotel is what the photos show, you will not regret booking this hote, all attractions are in walking distance.

Pros: The staff were very pleasant. the room was small, but nice. the air conditioning worked better than in most other hotels i've stayed in. there was free internet in the business centre.
Cons: The booking was slightly wrong when we arrived. the hotel thought we were checking out a day earlier than we were. they changed the reservation without any fuss as it was their mistake.
the hairdryer in the hotel room did not work.

Pros: Good location, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast
Cons: Customer care was patchy - was astonished by sign on breakfast tables saying that if you were caught taking food from the buffet breakfast to eat later you would be charged for it. rooms were on the small side and dark.

Pros: Hotel is in great location, 1 street away from major shopping areas. room was a good size, well maintained, most staff were friendly. free wi-fi internet in rooms was handy.
Cons: Hotel was a little loud, guests seemed to slam the door to the old-style elevator which became a little annoying when trying to sleep. check out was a little slow as staff seemed to service guests checking in before checking us out.
