Pros: This is a wonderful hotel with a complementary shuttle to the airport and back . cab fares are 18 euros otherwise

Pros: Hotel new/ newly refurbished.
good services there - english lang newspapers, wifi, internet area, shuttle to and from the airport every half an hour.
service decent and in english.
Cons: When i booked this hotel i was under the impression it was one price but when i came to pay the bill it was another higher price. i´m not sure if the website displays the full charges clearly or not.
the shuttle bus picks up from the airport but there are several places where you can get picked up and on one occassion it didn´t go to all of them and they ended up missing me. as it was the last bus of the night i had to take a taxi to the hotel. thankfully after some explaining the night manager was gracious enough to refund the taxi fare. just be aware there are different areas the hotel shuttle bus picks up and drops off at and make sure you are at the right one.

Cons: I do have a couple of suggestions. i arrived at the hotel with my 2 year old son. we had 2 big cases, a stroller and a hand baggage and there was nobody to assist me. i deffinately think that you should have a bell man available. the next morning we had to push the trolley with all the luggage to the axor barajas in order to get the suttle bus. you can improve your services a lot if there is a person to assist with the luggage. and my second comment will be on the service & food in the restaurant in the axor barajas. since this is the only option for dinning the menu & service needs improvent. that's all i have to share with you and hope that things will be better on our next stay!!!
