After deciding to take my Hubby away for his birthday I spent weeks researching hotels to stay in and finally decided on this one. The location is perfect...less than a 1 minute walk to the Metro for links to airport and bernabau stadium. The Roayl Palace, Plaza deOriente and Plaza Espana are all close by. Considering the hotel is on Gran Via there was hardly any noise at night. The hotel staff are very friendly and speak English the rooms are spottless but for sleeping could have done with an extra pillow. But saying that the bed was adjustable using a remote to help get comfy. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone :)
