Pros: The staff were very heplful,friendly and very cooperative. hotel facilities were very good and location was very accessible to metro stations. room was very clean including bathroom. money value was excellent! i would definitely stay at marlasca again.
Cons: Locating hotel was a little complicated during the night, especially on the cold and rainy weather.

Pros: When i arrived the lift wasn't working, when i asked the reception clerk came downstairs with me and carried my heavy bad upstairs. was very nice about it.
Cons: The directions weren't great, found it after a minute or two of confusion but ended up going a longer way.

Cons: Your website states that breakfast is included unless otherwise stated, this is the reason i bookedthis hotel. on arrival i was informed this was wrong and they have no food facilities i believe i have paid far too much for a hotel o this class with no breakfast.
