Service is good and the hotel is located in a very strategic place (very close to the market & city hall). Room is clean and very cozy however we did find that the room is relatively small.

Pros: The staff were very friendly compared to other 4 star hotels i have stayed in the past and the bathroom was amazing. i would stay in this hotel again, but only if we managed to find a special offer
Cons: We were not informed on our late check in what time the housekeeping would be knocking on the door, it was 8.30am on some occasions and there was no dnd signs to put on the door.
the lobby area is very nice, but on some days it smelled of drains, which was maybe due to the heavy rain. the bedroom was quite small and the cocktail stand was a waste of space. our room was also next to the lift which meant that we had people outside our door waiting on the lift. also the bar in the hotel was very expenisve and does not encourage residents to stay in the hotel.
