Pros: Well located. clean and tidy apartment. has most things you would need.
Cons: There is no kettle. would benefit from a small 'welcome pack' with a few basics (e.g. tea bag, coffee satchet, uht milk, etc.). this is useful for the occupier until they can go to the shops the next morning.
