 "Good hotel very comfortable"
It was really pleasant to stay in this hotel. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast delicious. We also used the airport shuttle which is really practical. A good address in Madrid definitely!

 "good recovery by hotel"
Good hotel close to the airport with a 24 hour shuttle service.Our only issue was at check in: the hotel didn't have the easytobook reservation. They did have rooms and matched the price so it all worked out. I'm more concerned about easytobook's reservation system than this hotel.

The room is spacious with modern decoration. Just find it troublesome having to go to the restaurant asking for hot water when we needed it. Location is definitely away from the city, with ~15min walk to the nearest supermarket.Shuttle service is provided but got to make reservation to make sure you have a seat. Had a bad experience when we requested for the 6.45pm shuttle back to hotel from city centre. We waited at the pick up point along the road for 1 hour, thinking that the bus was late due to traffic conditions. Finally called to realise that there was no reservation made at that time slot so no bus is coming to the city! We were pretty sure that we made reservation for the 6.45pm shuttle but well, give them the benefit of doubt. Otherwise, the hotel was generally okay with a lots of space, and friendly staff.

fast and free transfer to airport.excellent staff. big rooms with quality linens.do not stay if you want to enjoy Madrid, because it's far away !

Pros: Excellent modern facilities.
Cons: Although very convenient for the airport, it is far from the city centre and public transport requires changes and combined bus and metro.

 "The room was quiet, clean and stylish"
Pros: The room was quiet, clean and stylish. we chose to eat in the dining room and the food and presentation were wonderful. the service was attentive and friendly. very relaxing after a hectic day of travel.
Cons: When we arrived at the airport, notifying the hotel that we were waiting for pick-up was difficult. we had to go back inside the airport to use a pay phone (1 euro). phone number for the hotel was posted outside at the pick-up area for "hotel bus."

Cons: For the non business traveler or those who are unwilling to pay for taxi fares, it is difficult to get to downtown madrid and hotel staff had no metro or bus schedules and were not that helpful. schuttle service was poor and not managed very well.
