"Normal for four stars"

The problem is that the walls are to thin. You can listen to the neighbour. Put the guest in one room , let the next one free, and again in the next one another guest. Then on the next floor do it so that the guest on the top is on the empty room below.

"The hotel was clean"

Pros: The hotel was clean.
Cons: Because of health problems i needed to be as close to ifema as possible. the website said the the osuna was the "closest" - it is not. pullman and novotel are. the shuttle service was disorganised and the reception staff were unhelpful and surly. the hotel is in the middle of a residencial area and very difficult to find. when i rang for directions - i was told "find a taxi". never again - not even for free.

"It was very nice to have air conditioning in room while it was so hot in..."

Pros: It was very nice to have air conditioning in room while it was so hot in madrid. also the good things are: pool, nice bathroom.
Cons: I was highly frustrated when the lady at the reception couldn't find my reservation and made me go to my email and look for it. i don't think it's my job, it's their job.
one more negative things is that hotel is very far from the center and what's worse - from metro. this needs to be pointed in the website. i'd say location is the worst part.

Pros: The rooms were very nice and equipped with lots of amenities.
Cons: The free hotel shuttle was not available when we needed it costing us 30 extra euros for taxi cabs to and from the airport. the hotel internet services were extremely expensive and they did not offer any television channels in english or movies that we could rent.

Not far away, Olympic Aquatic Center is good for an afternoon out. Besides many tourist attractions, there is plenty to do at IFEMA throughout the year.
