"Repeat visit"

I stayed here in 2006 and was happy enough to return this year. The receptionists were always polite and helpful. Breakfast was more than plentiful and there was sufficient range. Location is excellent. The room was clean, but could have been cleaner still and needs some more fresh air.

Pros: I was provided with my own computer as requested, even though it was an old system which ran slow and there was a start up problem right when i checked in.
the room has a great view on the main street, and the hotel is centrally located which is extremely convenient.
Cons: Balcony faced calle arenal - very noisy late night/early morning

Pros: The hotel is well placed in the city close to mst interesting things, the breakfast is excellent.
Cons: The hotel is next to a discoteque and the noise is deafening and goies all night and i mean through till after 7am - we had no sleep from it so were very grumpy - also i booked the package with chocolates and cava and saw none of that and looked at strangely when i enquired about it!

Pros: Location is very central. good breakfast. ok room size.
Cons: Since hotel is in the heart of the city, noise problem from street is there. this is applicable to any hotel in the vicinity. i couldn't sleep but my husband slept well. so if you are a light sleeper, get a hotel slightly away from the center. i was expecting tea facility in the room. missed that, something that is normal in this price we have visited other hotels in europe.
