Cons: Shower leaked; were given a smoking room when requested non-smoking; coffee should be available 24 hrs; mattresses too hard
Cons: Todos lo espacios son muy reducidos, aunque nada grave... el horario para el desayuno es muy corto, no te da tiempo de dormir un poco mas.
Cons: The room we were given was not the room presented on the site. the room had one wall only ~2ft high!! we had to crawl to move about the room, (i am 61 yo!!) my grand-daughter knocked her head on the roof line. one bed was broken and there were two nails protruding above the carpet. the toilet was next to the bed and was separated with only frosted glass.
Cons: This is not a 4 star hotel. the interior of the room was a bit rough around the edges to say the least - net curtain hanging off rail, shower head faulty, skirting falling away from wall, silicate sealant around shower covered in mould, etc. reported shower head fault on arrival, promised this would be dealt with within two days, but it never happened during the period of our stay.
Cons: This hotel is definitely not four star. the family room was far too small to accomodate a family of four. the following things were wrong: the room had poor lighting, the lights over the bunk bed were missing, the air conditioning was not working, the toilet seat was broken, some of the tv channels were not working and there was only one english channel and the cupboard doors did not close properly.
perfect location. one block from the metro and bus and smack in the mideast of the ancient part of town. restaurants and pubs within a few feet. also was one of the few hotels that could accomodate 4 adults in one room.
