"Great central location, everything is literally on your door step"
Pros: Great central location, everything is literally on your door step. hardly used metro.
Cons: If you don't like noise it's fine but the you can hear everything that's going on outside during the day and more so at night! the worst part was being woken up by the cleaner who thought it was our last day!!

Cons: Bad acoustic in the building - you can hear your neighbors and elevator :) i was with a small child (2 years old) and the men who lived under my apartament came to me and said that we are too loud, but we behaved normally!

Cons: The beds are not for two people but for one. or you enlarge one of the beds or you have to sale just 2 beds per apartment.

the noise from the street wasn’t disturbing at all. a great location just 5minutes walk from metro and very close to all madrid’s attractions.

Pros: Great location, excellent facilities (fridge, dishwasher, laundry machine, etc.)
Cons: Not enough glasses, bad insulation, loud teenagers in the neighbouring rooms, needs a mirror somewhere else than only in the bathroom, this would safe time for women to get ready in the morning

"The lady at check in was very nice and polite"
Pros: The lady at check in was very nice and polite. she booked us 2 taxi's to get to our apts as we were a large group. the interior of the apts are nice and the amenities are good.
Cons: The location was central but we were right next to a bar/club and there was alot of noise until around 6 in the morning so we were unable to sleep.. at times it was quite scary and very rowdy.
another negative was that our toilet did not flush in our apt. we rang the emergency number and the lady did send someone to have a look at it. he couldnt do anything so he gave us the key to another 1 bed apt so we could use the toilet. we were lucky that there was another room available otherwise what would have they done?

Pros: We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent location, we were comfortable and no complaint at all. we may have had a complaint if we had hired a car as there seemed difficulty parking however the location made a car unnecessary.

Pros: We loved the location of the area. the apartment setup was nice.
Cons: The apartment was not cleaned very well. we had to reclean the shower and sweep the floor. our feet were black from just walking on it. the internet that we were promised did not work. even after repeated emails.

"Nice and up to date apartments"
Pros: Nice and up to date apartments. romms were very clean and apartment is quiet. nice for family travelling with kids. after seeing the apartment i actually incresed my stay by another three nights. kitchen was very well equipped. washing machine and fridge were modern and up to date. i will definitely stay again any time i am in barcelona. my family loved the place.

Cash is the preferred method of payment and should be in Euros. Payments in cash are upon arrival at the office of the apartment. Due to charges made by credit (and debit) card companies there is a 1.75 % charge for most credit card payments. The apartment (s) do not accept Amex and Diners.
Guests in groups of 6 or more will be charged a security deposit of EUR 50 per person at check-in. This will be returned at check-out once the condition of the apartment(s) has been checked.
Before travel, all guests must inform the property of their estimated time of arrival. This can be done using the ‘Remarks/Requests' field on the reservation form, or by contacting the property directly using the contact details which appear on the booking confirmation issued by this site.
Guests checking-in between 23.00 and 01.00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 25. Those arriving between 01.00 and 03.00 must pay an additional EUR 40. Check-in after 03.00 is available by prior request only.
