Located near the Manzaneras river, busstop just in front of the hotel, bus direction centre Madrid every 15 minutes. Hotelpersonal very kind, large bathroom, good wifi and clean rooms. Parking under the hotel.

 "Good hotel for tourists"
Hotel is in a good central location. No.23 bus stop right outside will take you into Central Madrid in about 15 mins. Really good service. Metro station close by also. Quite a few grocery stores close by and also restaurants. The hotel itself is average. Decor needs upgrading but functional and reasonably priced. The cleaning staff were the friendliest. The security guy at the door very unfriendly. Not a good impression for the hotel. Didn't receive a very friendly welcome from reception staff either. Buffet breakfast is quite basic and nothing special. If you like lots of sweet pastries, ham, cheese etc then you will love it! Not much good for vegans. Our room was average. Again, the decor is tired and needs upgrading. TV was really old and remote not working well. Could only find 1 English speaking channel - CNN. Beds again average. Only thin duvet with no cover or extra blankets. Not good from that perspective but you can live with it. Bathroom was large and very nicely presented. Overall, not a bad hotel for the price and location.

 "Lovely hotel, very clean"
Pros: Lovely hotel, very clean. reception staff were very helpful, provding us with a map of madrid and pointed out the locations we were looking for and the correct bus and metro routes to take. there is a supermarket across the road and the bars and restaurant on the same street were far cheaper than the centre of the city.

 "The rooms were a good size"
Pros: The rooms were a good size. the beds are very comfortable. hotel staff are very friendly. good for bus groups who have transport arranged.
Cons: The hotel is a little far out of the city centre which will cost 10 euros in a cab to get to. there is a bus but it is difficult to work out as the staff do not speak a lot of english to direct. there could be maps provided so you know where you are as the hotel is outside of the tourist maps. only local restuarants nearby with menu's in spanish.
