Pros: Well, the location is the reason i chose and it is the only attraction of this hotel.
Cons: It doesn't have a elvator, so not suitable for those who have heavy luggages! the stair case is also old without maintainance and seemed it will collapse at anytime. it's noisy cuz the room is facing atocha ave and there are immature/drunk guest playing loudly in side the house. so those can't sleep with noise please don't try. i had biz trip for 3 wks, it's also the only one to ask me to pay in advance!

Pros: Rivera is clean for what it is. its not a low budget hotel but somewhere close to it-- its very clean and walking distance to town. airport shuttle bus also drops you off down the street.
