Pros: The hotel staff are friendly. location is excellent -- walkable to main sights.
Cons: However, room #220's ventilation fan is noisy throughout the 3 nights' stay. room assigned to us was a little small compared to room #219.

Pros: It was clean, in a great location, and just nice enough- it was exactly what i needed for my stay in madrid. the decor was funky and gave off a cool vibe.
Cons: The toilet broke but was promptly fixed.
