 "Good"
My stay in this hotel was quite good. The room was spacious n clean. It would be better if they give a bottle of water everyday like other 4star hotels. Unfortunately, i dont like madrid much, beware of pickpocket on streets. My sister n I were targeted 3 times during 3days in Madrid. We were very alert and usually discovered that we were followed fast. But we cant enjoy ourselves when we staying alert all times.

 "Great location, very nice hotel"
We booked a special deal in this hotel and were very happy with it. It was brilliantly located, just one minute from the Gran Via metro stop and surrounded by things to do and places to eat, etc. The staff were great and the whole hotel was nice. Slight business-y feeling, but it was still very good. The only minor complaint I had was that the pillows gave me a bit of a neck ache, but overall very pleased. The price was great too!

staff was very friendly and the room was pleasant. I am an amateur violinist and accommodation was made available in order that I could practice without bothering the other guests. The only advice for visitors, who sleep badly is not to take a room on the street side in the weekend. There is a nightclub located in the street opposite the hotel and the visitors of that club make much noise until the next morning. If you close the window,the noise is less, but it is better to take a room on the side of the hotel

 "Nice Hotel, but beds are too hard"
The hotel was really nice and in a fun area, but the beds were so hard that it was difficult to sleep. I was impressed with the bathroom though.

Pros: The hotel was in a great location and we were suprised that we found such a great hotel at such a great price. the booking was easy and hotel was also very good to deal with prior to our arrival. the staff did all they could to help us with any queries and overall we had a pleasant stay. the location is amazing, the hotel is less than a minute away from gran via metro station and walking distance to lots of sights. the room was comfortable and clean and we got a really good nights sleep.

Pros: Location was ideal, about 1 block from the gran via metro. although the street looks a bit dodgy, we didn't have any problems, even when coming home at 2am on saturday night. nice, clean room for europe. bed is not as comfortable for my liking but my wife was fine with it. bathroom had the amenities needed plus tub/shower combo. front desk is very helpful. didn't try the breakfast, seemed expensive for what you got. went to the cafe/restaurant down the street which was good value. free wi-fi in the hotel, just ask the front desk for the password.
Cons: If you're looking for a view, this is not the place. we weren't, just used it for sleeping really. as said earlier, breakfast seemed pricey.

Cons: Hotel perfect but on sunday morning at 6.30 am was woken by loud noise outside from crowds leaving local disco/party. noise continued on street under window for an hour
