Pros: Leonard at the front desk was very helpful in assisting us in bookking reservations at several venues.
Cons: The air conditioning was not yet turned on and with open windows our first room was very nosisey so they hotel changed rooms for us after two nights

it is only a few minutes walk from chamartin metro station (which is also a main railway station), giving easy access to other parts of madrid and beyond.
