Staying at the tirol hotel was a very pleasant experience. the staff were very polite and their english was far better than my spanish and made checking in very easy. the hotel is situated close to a metro station so is very easy to get to and makes it easy to visit other parts of madrid. i would definitely use this hotel again next time i am in madrid.Anonymous
