Cons: Booked double bed, got 2 singles on wheels on wooden floors - nice. a/c was not working and room boiling even with windows open. complaint met with pay another 60e initially then moved to another room for next 2 nights (no charge, more like where's my refund for the hassle). still 2 single beds, no wheels but still wooden floors so pretty poor.

Pros: Staff were extremely helpful
Cons: Many, to numerous to list.a few of which are, bedroom very small. no storage room for clothes except for 5 hangers in a tiny wardrobe.paintwork dirty. bedding and curtains stinking of cigarettes even though requested no smoking room.breakfast cost 15 euros each per day for continental, did not use this facility.

Pros: Hotel was in a great location within gran via
Cons: Hotel staff weren't always too friendly, my girlfriend asked where she could get cigarettes and they just pointed upstairs and said the bar, when we got the lift to the bar it was closed. so we asked reception again and they said a bar outside but didn't give us any realy help or clear directions. my girlfriend also found a couple of insect type bugs in the bathroom on the monday evening!

Pros: Fantastic facility, right in the heart of the city! staff were helpful, rooms were magnificant.
Cons: Though the rooms have internet, you need to plug your laptop in with a network cable (they require a 10 euro deposit for this).
some of the staff were also a bit off their game e.g. gave us incorrect information, or could've made things a bit easier.

Pros: It was the first night of your trip to europe. the hotel was so perfectly situated it was almost unbelievable! we did enjou the modern finishing!! defnitely the best choice for madrid!
