Pros: Excellent location spacias bathroom and very comfortable bed.
Cons: The hotel tv has limited english channels (only news one)and there is no wifi connection in the room but only through the cable.

Pros: Central location, heart of madrid. we stayed very comfortable, we will go back soon.

Pros: The hotel was very centrally located in the midst of lots of interesting tourist sites and attractions. the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and the room was nicely decorated and full of all the modern cons.

Pros: Was really impressed, beautiful hotel, very quirky, lovely staff from the front desk to the cleaners, all pleasant and happy to help.
Cons: There werent prices available for the afternoon tea or the spa readily available which wouldve been handy, and a fresh bottle of water each day wouldve been perfect.
