If travelling by plane, please call once you have collected your luggage. At the time agreed on the phone a member of our staff will be waiting for you at the entrance to the apartment. This time must be at least 30-45 minutes after the call to give our staff enough time to travel to the apartment.The sum of the deposit, cleaning fee (and late check-in fee if applicable), plus the remaining balance of the booking, must be paid IN CASH upon check-in in order to receive the keys to the apartment.Taxes, towels, electricity/gas/water charges and bed linen are included in the price.Cleaning fee: €50Check-in/out: arrival after 15:00, departure before 11:00Refundable deposit: €200 (will be returned upon departure subject to no damage)Check-in is permitted from 15:00 to 20:00. Check-in may be possible until 02:00, but for this a late check-in charge of €30 will be levied.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations Wilder have to be cancelled 720 hours before Arrival Date Please take into account that the Arrival Date starts at 0.00 am (CET.).PLEASE NOTE: 25% of total amount will be charged on your credit card upon booking.Under no circumstances All Seasons Rent Apartments will reimburse the 25% prepayment when the booking is cancelled. CANCELLATIONS must be made by email, at least 30 days before arrival. After that date, CANCELLATION FEE: 30% of the outstanding balance. The CANCELLATION TERMS shall apply in all cases including cases of force majeure or otherwise.
