Benalmádena Costa is a town of 30,000 permanent residents, located on the "Costa del Sol" in the Andalusian region in the south of Spain. The hamlet is a popular resort, especially loved by British tourists. During the summer, visitors flock Benalmádena Costa, often expanding the town's population to three times its original size. Shopping centers, boutiques, bars, and discotheques all dot the sunny beach. Dolphins swim in the nearby ocean, and sailboats are launched from the town's marina. The other major attractions of Benalmádena Costa are its SeaLife aquarium, its Selwo Marina water park, and the 200,000 square meter La Paloma Park.
