Pros: Beautiful hotel, very upmarket. brilliant central location right next to cathedral.super rooftop pool and terrace with glorious views. zen like courtyard area for breakfast was very relaxing.
Cons: No mirror or socket above table so can only dry hair/use straighteners in bathroom. no tea/coffee making facilities in room. very hard beds!! gave us all backache.

Pros: The location of the hotel is perfect, located at the center and everything is within walking distance, just a few meters away. rooms are nice, clean and basic for a stay there. staff was just ok.
Cons: The pool at the top of the hotel is small and wasnt very clean. the bar located there was never opened although advertised everywhere in the hotel. a missunderstanding with a receptionist that wasnt informed about our late check out, and wasnt very polite. interenet in most of the hotels there was free except molina lario

Pros: Staff friendly and helpful. room available before check-in time. offered an upgrade on arrival and enabled us to view both rooms before deciding. rooftop patio and pool delightful (though didnt try swimming!). decor of room and hotel in general smart and attractive. location superb - most main tourist sights just a few minutes walk away.
Cons: No tea/coffee facilities in room. did not take any meals in hotel as too expensive.

Pros: Great location and very modern. it looked to be the best and trendiest in comparison to all the other 4 star hotels in the area.
Cons: The maids were inconsistent on restocking our toiletries and drinking glasses. also they provide us with one robe, for a two person room.
