 "Good location and spacious bedroom."
I had booked through easytobook for 3 night stay in hotel fuerte mirimar but when the taxi dropped us of at this hotel we were told it was closed! Thankfully the taxi driver was able to tell us that hotel fuerte Marbella was nearby and when we went there we were able to get a room there. Easytobook did not inform us that the hotel we chose was closed!! Not a very good start to weekend break. Asked for sea view but were on first floor looking onto the roof, the sea was in sight but only just.

 "Brilliant hotel."
Our stay in Hotel Fuerte was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk (Nancy and Jose). Our original room was a standard room facing the street and was very small and dark, so we upgraded to a sea view room on the exclusive 6th floor, which was heaven. Breakfast was outstanding with food for every nationality. The setting of the hotel was perfect with views of the ocean and lots of trees and grass around. The only negative was people placing their towels on the sun loungers at the crack of dawn and not using them until the afternoon. The management should crack down on this practice. The hotel was within walking distance to Orange Square and the old town (mins). Would recommend hotel.
