Pros: Upgraded us for free because they booked the wrong room. very nice location next to the casino and to puerto banus.
Cons: Overall tacky. makes you pay for the lockbox, internet was slower than a blackberry's internet, and the "third pool" was a baby pool. nice hotel but too much hype on the advertising/website

Cons: Internet did not work in rooms, only lobby! location was 7 km from marbella, not walkable. access in and out of hotel was not obvious (maybe due to low season) and to get to our room on 5th floor was a big trek. either walk around the whole 5th floor or 2 elevators to get there.
