Tourists often go to Los Silos because of its natural beauty. The town known for its beach is also known as for the Monte del Agua which literally serves as the town’s backdrop. This mountain is very attractive for trekkers as it its home to different types of flora and fauna. The town’s main church, the Nuestra Señora de la Luz was reconstructed during the early years of the 20th century but it has kept most of its design from the 16th century. Now, it’s a great example of remarkable neo-gothic architecture. The tourists and information center is the Convento de San Sebastián which has seen reconstruction during the 1800s.
