Close to easter festival activities
Was allocated to underground room with no windows and musky smell. asked for room change but not told this would cost extra till check out. staff not welcoming to foreigners or obliging with directions or traveller information.other foreign guests complained as well. and i checked out of hotel 1 day early even though i had to pay more for a room elsewhere at least i felt welcome there.
