Conde de Torrejón 10- Apartments Seville  

We stayed at these apartments for 3 nights.The apartments are in a v good location & within a 10 /15 minute walk of the cathedral, main shopping area & the Alcazar. It is about a 20 minute walk to the Bull ring, Plaza de Espania & the river that runs through the city.There is also a supermarket just up the road which came in handy during our stay. The owners were both very helpful and friendly. On arrival they provided us with lots of useful recommendations & information & arranged our airport taxi's & a flamenco show for us. They even gave us a bottle of wine to mark my bf's 30th birthday which was a nice surprise. We stayed in one of the standard apartments.The apartment was spotless & they cleaned the room, changed the towels & emptied the bins every morning.We couldn't fault the housekeeping at all.There was a large room which was divided into a bedroom/sitting area.The sitting area had a sofa, tv & plenty of cupboard space.The bedroom had bedside tables & more cupboard space & most importantly the bed! The bed was really comfortable & one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in. There was a very modern kitchen. If you didn't want to eat out all the time, there was plenty of facilities to make your own meals. We have stayed in self catering apartments before & this one by far had the most equipment to use.There was also a small bathroom with a shower.The apartments also have a garage for guests to use & a roof terrace with some sun loungers.All in all the apartments themselves were lovely.The only two minor negatives were that there was a smell of sewage in the bathroom that seemed to come and go & also the apartment was near the stairs & everytime someone went up/down them we could hear them quite loudly.Similarly, the glass windows to the attrium area with the other rooms wasn't double glazed, so we could hear people talking etc outside. Aside from this, we still had a very enjoyable stay & it was perfect for the 3 nights we were in Seville. Seville itself is a beautiful city and there are so many interesting things to see & do. The roads are all lined with orange trees which look & smell wonderful.The Alcazar is a must see. We also enjoyed the flamenco show, plaza de Espania & tour of the bullring.Lots of tapas restaurants to try. We would go again. Take a translation book though as the city is quite traditional with not many locals speaking English!!Thanks for a memorable stay.
