Pros: Staff were welcoming and friendly. they also spoke english, which is rare in seville.
the rooms were big enough for a couple. it would have helped if the rooms had tvs. the beds were made daily. the sheets and towels were replaced daily, so always clean.
for a one star hotel, hotel simon was great.
Cons: Although the hotel is situated in a great location, the rooms did not block outside noise at all. it made sleeping extremely difficult. i was woken up by the sounds of footsteps, laughter, children, cleaning trucks, traffic, etc throughout the night. i was not able to find a room that didn't face the main street.

Pros: The location is excellent, close to all main tourist attractions. the room was clean and very quiet. the hotel has these beautiful small areas to relax in filled with old books, furniture and huge mirrors. it gives you the impression of being in a palace; absolutely lovely. the staff is very courteous, helpful, polite and speaks english. even the nights that we came back late, someone was there to open the door. great hotel. loved it.
