Services Included/Not Included: SPECIAL CANCELLATION POLICY: The establishment has a special cancellation policy for the high season (from April 4th to April 12th and from April 25th to May 3th). For these periods, 50% of the total value is payable upon booking confirmation. The remaining 50% will be become due before February 10th. In the event the booking is cancelled before February 10th, a 10% of the total amount shall be charged to cover management fees. Should the cancellation occur between 30 and 15 days before the arriving date, a 25% of the total amount will be charged. If this happen up to 7 days before the arriving date, a 50% of the total value will be charged. Within 7 days prior to arrival, the total amount will be charged. Air conditioning (available only in rooms located on the second floor) is not included in the price and costs €3,00 per day.

Reservations Montoreña have to be cancelled 48 hours before Arrival Date Please take into account that the Arrival Date starts at 0.00 am (CET.).In case of no-show or late cancellation we will charge one night.CANCELLATION POLICY IN HOLY WEEK AND FAIR OF APRILIn case of cancellation before the 10th February, you will be charged the 10% of the total price of the reservation. Cancellation until 15 days before thearrival date charge of the 25%. Cancellation until 15 days before the arrival date: charge of the 25%. Cancellation from 15 to 3 days before: charge of the 50%. 3 days before: charge of the 100%.
