Pros: We paid a high price for rooms that were poky and depressing. while the location of the hotel was good, and the staff quite friendly, nothing else about the experience can be recommended.
Cons: I shall never use this hotel, nor this service again.

Pros: Lovely staff - who could not have been any more helpful.
Cons: Hotel rooms design meant that the bathroom wasn't particularly private (the door had no lock and was not soundproofed). this caused a few embarassing moments as i was travelling with my mother.
