Pros: The hotel was ideal for me as i was visiting my husband in the virgen del rocio hospital, very close by. it was a stressful time for me, but the staff there were so friendly and helpful that i felt i was among friends: especially begona on reception. she was so helpful when i couldn't get an internet connection on my computer, and even volunteered to give up her free time to assist. i would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting patients in the hospital. the hotel helped to make a rather worrying time as pleasant as possible.
