This is a nice hotel although a good walk from the old city. We stayed on a room only basis. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Not too far from a metro stop which is good and a bus stops outside the hotel but doesn't bring you near the old city. However, if you like walking, there is no problem.

Pros: Service was good, but without a smile.
for the first time ever in a hotel i was able to request a special support pillow.
Cons: Claims to have international satelite tv in rooms, however, there were only programmes in spanish and german.
our room had no view (just a wall) this should have been in the description of the room.
