Now transformed into the Parador de Oropesa Hotel, you can stay in the palace where soldiers, clergymen and nobles once slept and enjoy its commanding view of the Sierra de Gredos mountains and the plains of the Campo Arañuelo. The Parador de Oropesa Hotel has a large outdoor swimming pool with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. You can also sample the local area's produce in the hotel's restaurant, which serves many regional specialities.
