Cons: Nothing to do with the hotel. but the reason why i dropped the website rating from excellent to good. your survey does not have a category that describes us best, we are not a younger couple or an elderly couple, something in between.

Pros: Everything was very clean, hot water was available and it was warm. sounds simple but in some places these simple things lack.
Cons: We did not like noise level from next door room. also what they call continental breakfast in not really breakfast because they give you a pre-packaged biscuit and coffee, not a fresh croissant or aomething better.
