 "Excellent location and cleanliness"
We booked two rooms for a family stay with older children. The location was unbeatable, with plenty to see and do within a stone's throw. Loved the terrace - perfect for a picnic lunch. Also, if you have a small car, it is well worth reserving a parking spot at the hotel; it costs 10 euros a day, but leaves you free to enjoy the city on foot without worry.

Great location in the old town. Great value. Helpful staff. Parking onsite, which was important to us. Driving there is a bit tricky because of the narrow, winding streets. We had a GPS which helped a great deal.

Pros: Two members of staff very friendly and helpful, one rather grumpy. nothing unusual in spain so we cannot criticise the hotel.
Cons: Nothing to do with the hotel. but the reason why i dropped the website rating from excellent to good. your survey does not have a category that describes us best, we are not a younger couple or an elderly couple, something in between.

Pros: Everything was very clean, hot water was available and it was warm. sounds simple but in some places these simple things lack.
Cons: We did not like noise level from next door room. also what they call continental breakfast in not really breakfast because they give you a pre-packaged biscuit and coffee, not a fresh croissant or aomething better.
