The hotel was clean, for my son was the matrass too hard, and the room was a bit narrow for someone in a wheelchair. Bathroom well adapted, enough space. Showerplace should have a door or something to close because the whole room was wet after taking a shower.The breakfast room had a ramp, very ok ! The elevator is also narrow. Someone with an electric wheelchair can't use this. The environment was a minor for us. It's a walk for at least 15 minutes to the beach, there are no really nice bars or terraces in the near neighbourhoud. You have to take a (touristic) bus (around the corner) to get somewhere ... So for us ... The hotel gets a plus ! The environment a minus.

Such a lovely hotel! The beds were so comfy (we ended upo oversleeping they were THAT comfy), the staff were super friendly and it was a really good stay!

Pros: All the reception staff were more than helpful and happy to assist with any query or give any information you needed.
the breakfast was very good,with a wide range of food/drinks to suit every taste.the hotel upgraded our booking to a junior suite which was very comfortable. the rooms were extremely clean,with fresh towels daily.the hotel situation suited us,away from the city centre,close to the marina, malvarossa beach and the f1 circuit,but only a short bus ride to the centre of valencia.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The room was a good size.
Cons: I was dissapointed as the room was not sound proof and we could hear everyone walking along the corridor and the lift opening. one male staff member was not very helpful or approachable. the room was adequate but i would not class it as 4 star. there was no mini bar and the advertised restaurant was not open that i could tell.
