Nice area, and although not in the city centre- is right behind the metro, which with one change, takes 10 minutes to get into the centre. 
Food, mini-bar and internet access expensive (internet 20 cents a min), so we ate in the city centre at lunch time, and there is also an internet cafe in the city too. we stocked up on our own snacks at the supermarket behind the hotel, and used the minibar fridge to keep them cool!
