The hotel has a great location only minutes away from the plaza de la virgen and other spots in the old town and just opposite the Turia river park.We had a room facing the street which was always quite busy and noisy. I would recommend to bring ear-plugs.Beds were comfy and the room itself okay s well, but the bathroom could have been cleaner.Recommendable to stay on a city trip where you don't spend a lot of time in your hotel room except for sleeping. And if really tired, you might don't need the ear-plugs ;-)

Pros: Location was good
Cons: Roof top jacuzzi, the only reason for booking this hotel was not in use due to the weather conditions, despite it being 34 degrees and bright sunshine - very very disappointed

Pros: We had room 401. it is a smoking room though clearly the best room in the hotel, with two balconies overlooking banquerias at the front. excellent hotel to the north of the old centre of the city, though only a five minute walk to the tram (pont de fusta) on the other side of the "river". thoroughly enjoyable five days and the staff were very helpful and welcoming.
Cons: The poor design of the bath/shower screen/basin unit/wallpaper in the bathroom has clearly given the hotel problems. could do with some refurbishment. some simple chairs on the roof terrace would be useful: the space is terrific but somewhat bohemian.

Pros: Very nice and helpful staff
Cons: Hotel is well located but noisy especially during the week end because of proximity of busy street and people shouting outside the hotel.

Pros: Front desk staff was very helpful. they provided information about valencia and recommended restaurants, made train reservations for me and helped me access the internet and use their computer. i would recommend the hotel to all the groups listed below but it seems to want me to choose only one.
