Pros: The hotel staff were always very friendly and helpful. the hotel is in an excellent location for valencia near the up and coming area of rusafa. it is in between the old town and the new modern buildings in the turia gardens (the old river).
Cons: I stayed on the third floor and early hours you could hear the staff of the restaurant, on the third floor cleaning up. didn't affect me too much though.
