Room was very nice and clean. balcony was good. staff were very helpful and spoke good english. 
There is no mention on the website that there is no metro station within a half hour walk of the hotel. it is near the "city of arts and sciences" which was good (about a 10min walk) but for access to the old city or the beach you're looking at least a half hour walk. also the swimming pool was closed when we visited which was a bit disappointing.Anonymous
