Pros: stayed in triple room, we were made very welcome from the minute we arrived,the staff spoke various languages.good choice of breakfast options available. location was ideal as the railway station and metro are nearby as is the city centre. would defenitely use this hotel again.
Cons: The only minus was the bathroom,although clean and well lit, entry to the bath tub/shower was a little tricky as the toilet pan was situated very close.

Cons: Our room was next to the lift shaft and hence a little noisey
