"The cleaner forgot to leave bath toiletries one day, we informed the desk..."
Pros: The cleaner forgot to leave bath toiletries one day, we informed the desk and when we came back they were there. excellent location very near bars etc in quiet side street.friendly reception staff provided us with advice, maps etc.on leaving bags can be tagged and left in locked room. very pleasant 3 night stay. extremely comfortable beds with a choice of 4 grades of pillow!!
Cons: Eating in the hotel was very expensive even though they were doing a 2 for 1 breakfast deal.

"Good, clean hotel"
Pros: Good, clean hotel. excellent location for old town, shopping district + metro station just around corner.very friendly and helpful staff who spoke english. wide choice of food for breakfast.
