Parque de Marchalenes is a natural beauty spot in the middle of the city, meaning it is a fantastic place to get away from it all. If you stay nearby, you will be able to enjoy the 80,000 square meters of space and enjoy the natural environment, which includes a lake and a number of different trees, including palm trees and poplars.
The park, situated north of the River Turia, used to be the orchard that provided the city’s markets with fruit, so it is a very historical place. You will also find the Metropolitan Railway Museum inside which you can spend some time in and it makes for a fascinating afternoon’s entertainment.
