The hotel was amazing. it was beautiful, clean, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. there was a laptop in the room with free internet and a large tv. the cleaners did a wonderful job each day, not just tidying but actually cleaning. i couldnt have found somewhere better. i would recommend it to everyone!
There isnt a bad thing to say about this hotel. try it for yourself and see. it is fantastic. Menendez

Excellent location if you are visiting the basilica, it is just across the plaza. convenient but not inexpensive parking.Room kind of small, especially the bathroom was cramped. but for just 1 or 2 nights you can manage. we could not function the pc that is placed in the room, never was able to access the internet and the night staff was not helpful. however we were able to connect from the pc at the lobby at no extra charge.
