Our ample breakfast buffet on the glorious glass veranda is ready for you to enjoy, but otherwise you get to decide the menu and the arrangements as a guest at Nya Varvet Studios. We can arrange lunches and dinners to your precise requirements, either in our own dining hall or at one of our collaborating restaurants. We also provide Lunch of the Day every weekday between 11:30 and 14:00 on our glass veranda. Our home cooked dishes – composed daily using the choicest ingredients and inspirational cuisine – vary between meat, poultry and fish. You'll find the current menu below.
