Reservation was wrong, switching to the day before we had to pay 200 francs instead of 110!!! staff was unprofessional. room service was not available (they informed us after 1 h of placing the order). rooms were not ready (took them 1 h to bring us some towels). airport shuttle was not available at 5:45 (they start at 6 am), so we had to take a cab.
